Genetic mutation is nothing but a normal process of changing of genetic information. Nucleus is the centre of any cell. Among other organalae like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus and cytoplasm, lysosome and ribosome, nucleus is most important organalae in cell that consists DNA. DNA is the career of genetic information.
In every process of cell division nucleus have to divide. Hence, DNA replication is also required. During the process of DNA replication genetic mutation occurs.
But in course of Genetic mutation if any miss matching happens than abnormal cell division may start. This condition is termed as cancer.
